Shipping Information

For customers within the contiguous 48 states we recommend choosing any of the FedEx services. Priority Mail is the best method to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs and other U.S. Territories. Always keep in mind with Priority Mail that there is no tracking available for packages and, regardless of their TV commercials, Priority Mail is not guaranteed to be delivered in 2 to 3 days; the Postal Service does not consider packages to be lost for 10 days to 2 weeks after shipment for domestic packages, and 4 weeks for international mail.

Time In Transit

First Class Mail: Regular USPS mail, takes 2 days to 4 weeks (yes, it's not us - it's USPS...). No tracking, No guaranteed delivery. Please do not complain when you do not receive it within a few days: USPS often loses shipments sent by 1st class mail. USPS Priority Mail: 2 Days to 3 Weeks - No tracking, No guaranteed delivery. Fedex Ground: 1-5 business days, guaranteed delivery, tracking available. FedEx 2nd Day: Second Business Day guaranteed delivery, tracking available. Note when you count business days, the day of the Fedex accepted the package does not count as the first day. In other words, when the package is shipped on Monday by FedEx 2nd Day service, it will be delivered on Wednesday. FedEx Overnight: Guaranteed next day delivery (no specific time), tracking available.
